If you have been off the schedule and would like to be reinstated, please let us know by contacting us by email or call the office during the week at 508.775.0818. We have no way of knowing, other than your notification, that you are again available after you have been away.

Please note that in accordance with Diocesan guidelines, our current parish policy is to vary Lectors at Masses and locations as much as possible. Please check the schedules carefully each month.
If you are unable to serve, please exchange from within your Mass time group as necessary, (i.e. If you cannot serve at 7 AM, please trade with someone who is serving at another 7 AM Mass).

Schedules are available in the Sacristies. Please note that both St. Francis and Sacred Heart Chapel are on the same schedule page, one on the back side of the other. As always, the schedules may also be printed from this website. They are not available at the Parish Office.
Thank you to all of you who have completed the Server Information Sheets. Our apologies to those of you who thought we should already have this information, but the purpose of the new sheets is to get any new home and cell phone numbers if they've changed. It also aids in the scheduling weekly Mass Servers, since we have a better idea of which Masses are preferred.
You may print the Server Information Sheet here, if you are one of the few who have not yet sent in a form.
If there are circumstances beyond your control, and you cannot serve as scheduled, we certainly understand and, as always, appreciate your help in securing a replacement for your post.

This should only impact those of you who are serving the Thanksgiving EVE Mass on Wednesday, November 25... There is an error on the schedules, which lists the Mass at 7 PM on November 26.. IT IS NOT... It is the Vigil Mass on Wednesday, the date is November 25. Thank you for your indulgence ... mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa...
