St. Francis Xavier Parish
Welcome to St. Francis Xavier Parish
347 South Street, Hyannis, MA - 02601 - Office: 21 Cross Street, Hyannis, MA 02601
Originally founded in 1874 as St. Patrick’s, St. Francis Xavier Parish in 1903 embraced all immigrant people by following the missionary zeal of our patron. In response to this call, we now embrace English, Brazilian, and Spanish speaking Roman Catholics and due to the respect of our heritage, include a Tridentine Mass. In our love and zeal as disciples of the Lord, we strive to remain true to our Holy Roman Catholic Faith. We witness to this Faith: by our celebration of the Sacraments, by our continual formation in the teachings of the Church, and by striving always to serve the needs of the community in Hyannis, especially the poor.

ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
We would like to thank all of our Parishioners who have kept up with their contributions to St. Francis Xavier and Sacred Heart Chapel at this difficult time. We so appreciate what you are doing. We cannot tell you what a burden it lifts, to know that you are there, praying for us, as we pray for you and your families. Thank you and God Bless.
DAILY MASSES WILL TAKE PLACE AT
ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CHURCH
AT 8:30 AM
You will be able to view the Mass,
by clicking the link DAILY MASS, above.
MASSES ARE STILL SUSPENDED AT
THE SACRED HEART CHAPEL
Now that Catholic Charities is in full swing, we would like to remind you to use the envelope that came with your packet, and send your donation directly to Catholic Charities in Fall River.
In the past, all checks would be sent to the Parish Office and we would send them as a lump sum. This year, the Diocese is asking that all correspondence be sent directly to Fall River, since they have set up their own staff to handle all donations and pledges.
We thank you, in advance, for complying.
