From Rte 6 - Mid Cape Hwy
Take Exit 6 - Rte 132
Bear Right off exit follow through traffic lights to Cape Codder Hotel
Bear Right at Cape Codder Hotel ("Hyannis West End") onto Bearses Way
Proceed THROUGH traffic light at Rte 28.
Take THIRD exit at the new 'Round About' (Independence House will be on Right)
Travel past Fire Station through set of traffic lights (North Street).
Go through next set of traffic lights (Main Street).
Go through intersection at STOP sign (South Street).
Take next RIGHT onto Cross Street (into parking lot behind church).
St. Francis Xavier Preparatory School will be on the left.
The Church is at the right of the parking lot.
INSTRUCTIONS TO SACRED HEART CHAPEL YARMOUTH PORT
From the Route 6 - Mid Cape Highway, take Exit 7 Willow Street.
Proceed north ½ mile to Route 6A.
Take a right onto Route 6A and travel one mile.
Summer Street is on the right just before the Old Yarmouth Inn.
The chapel is on the left, on Summer Street.
