You should be registered in order to avail yourself of the services of the Parish.

Be sure to click "Submit" button to send to Parish Office. A Census Form will then be sent to you.

Sending this "Request" does not constitute "Registration", but simply the request that a Census Form be sent to you.

When you receive the Census Form, please be sure to complete and return to the Parish Office.

Those interested in registering to becoming parishioners may stop by the parish office weekdays during office hours, to complete a registraton form, or send us a request from this page and a census form will be sent you. 

Registration in the parish signifies the desire to fulfill the responsibilities of a parishioner at St. Francis Xavier Parish: to get involved in parish activities, to share in Sunday Mass, to enroll children in our parish CCD program, and to contribute financially to the up-keep of the parish.

You must be registered in the Parish for a year or more before a marriage can take place. Please call the office to schedule a meeting with Fr. Dan to arrange for Marriage Preparation to begin. (See Wedding Page for further information.)
